Golden Arches of the McDonald’s Covenant

You’ve all heard of it.

You’ve all seen it in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.

So why do you all spell it as “ARCH of the Covenant”??  It’s the ARK of the Covenant.  The “Arch of the Covenant” sounds like something belonging to McDonald’s.

I think 3 people spelled it right on the quiz last Thursday.  I’ll give you credit for arch this time, but going forward… it’s an ARK.  Most of you did really well, btw.  Grades will be up shortly.

The Ark of the Covenant is a fascinating topic… especially for your analtyical paper (see tab above).  So if you still need a topic, consider the Ark (not the Arch).

That concludes my rant.
